Fiona McEntee is an award-winning, nationally recognized immigration attorney. She is the founding and managing attorney of McEntee Law Group. Fiona and her team of passionate advocates represent individuals and families, as well as the world’s leading musicians, artists, athletes, innovative entrepreneurs, and multinational and U.S. companies.

Fiona has particular expertise on the O-1 visa and the corresponding EB-1 green card. She regularly presents on the O-1 visa including leading panel discussions at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Conferences. AILA is the national bar association of over 15,000 immigration lawyers.

As a proud Irish immigrant and naturalized U.S. citizen, Fiona has dedicated her career to the advancement of immigrants’ rights. As a fearless immigration lawyer, Fiona’s efforts range from lobbying in Washington, D.C., to suing the Trump Administration over the controversial Travel Ban. Fiona has vowed to zealously advocate for immigrant families who face innumerable obstacles as they strive for their American Dream.

Fiona has won many awards including the ISBA Elmer Gertz Award and the Chicago-Kent College of Law Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award (O’Hare Airport Attorneys - Travel Ban). In 2019, Fiona was inducted in to the Irish American Hall of Fame in the Irish American Heritage Center in Chicago.

Fiona has recently published her first book - Our American Dream - a children’s book on immigration. As a mom of two young children, an immigrant, and an immigration lawyer who fights for justice everyday, Fiona wrote Our American Dream to explain the importance of a diverse and welcoming America.
